Where can I attach the monitor?

The monitor attaches to the back of your phone using the supplied bracket. But we prefer to keep it in your hand of in your line of sight. Vloggers of course may like it on the back of the phone.

Do I need to connect to an indoor wifi?

No, you can use it outdoors far away from any wired WiFi. There is some tech wizardry inside the monitor that allows you to connect to it anywhere.

How does the monitor connect to the phone?

It connects by tech wizardry...wifi. Easy peasy. Just open 'setting' and 'wifi'. When the monitor is turned on it's name will show up as a WIFI option. Click and connect. No apps, no subscriptions.

Can I return the monitor?

Your statutory rights are unaffected by this product. If something is wrong with it, send it back, we'll either replace it for you, or refund you, which ever you prefer. For more details take a look at our Return Policy

No, but you can put it into a waterproof box I guess!

Yes super easy. We provide instructions in English and also a link to our You Tube channel where we have a demonstration set up video available.

How long does shipping take?

Let me answer that with two options. Delivery to the UK, and delivery to the rest of the world. 
Are you in the UK? So are we, and so is our warehouse. So as soon as we process your order it will be collected by our shipping truck provider. They will then take it to their depot and arrange for it to be sent to you. Therefore, expect it to be with you within 5 days of ordering, often sooner, but occasionally if there are bank holidays and national celebratory football matches it may take a little longer.

Are you living outside of the UK? We will ship it to you, but it will be a little more expensive and take a little longer that national shipping times. I think it will be with you in a fortnight. They will also charge us £20, which we add at the time of the checkout.

How big is the monitor?

It's smaller than the modern smart phone, because it needs to attach to the back of your phone without interrupting the camera lenses. It fits easily into your pocket but is large enough to see the details. 4" screen size, 480 x 800 pixels.
