Refund Policy

We want you to be confident when buying from us. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our obligations under UK consumer law.

1. Your Legal Rights (UK Consumer Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have:

▪ 14-day “cooling-off” period

You can return an unused product for any reason within 14 days of delivery.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

▪ 30-day right to reject faulty goods

If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you can request:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement

▪ 6-month presumption of fault

If the product develops a fault within six months, it is assumed (by law) to have been faulty at delivery unless proven otherwise. You are entitled to a repair or replacement.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You can return a product if:

  • It arrives damaged

  • It is faulty

  • It becomes faulty within 6 months

  • You change your mind within 14 days (unused, original condition)

You cannot return a product if:

  • It has been physically damaged by the user

  • It has been dismantled or modified

  • It is returned without essential parts

  • The 14-day change-of-mind period has passed (unless faulty)

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Email us at info@nodsboy.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or video (if the item is faulty)

We aim to respond within 48 hours.

4. Return Shipping

UK customers

  • We cover return postage for faulty items

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage

International customers

  • Return postage is paid by the customer

  • Replacement items are shipped at cost

5. Refund Processing

Once the item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Typically processed within 5–10 business days

6. Exchanges

If a replacement is available, we will ship it once the returned item is received.
