We want you to be confident when buying from us. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our obligations under UK consumer law.
1. Your Legal Rights (UK Consumer Law)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have:
▪ 14-day “cooling-off” period
You can return an unused product for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:
▪ 30-day right to reject faulty goods
If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you can request:

A full refund, or

A replacement
▪ 6-month presumption of fault
If the product develops a fault within six months, it is assumed (by law) to have been faulty at delivery unless proven otherwise. You are entitled to a repair or replacement.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You can return a product if:

It arrives damaged

It is faulty

It becomes faulty within 6 months

You change your mind within 14 days (unused, original condition)
You cannot return a product if:

It has been physically damaged by the user

It has been dismantled or modified

It is returned without essential parts

The 14-day change-of-mind period has passed (unless faulty)
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photos or video (if the item is faulty)
We aim to respond within 48 hours.
4. Return Shipping
UK customers

We cover return postage for faulty items
-
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage
International customers

Return postage is paid by the customer
-
Replacement items are shipped at cost
5. Refund Processing
Once the item is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Typically processed within 5–10 business days
6. Exchanges
If a replacement is available, we will ship it once the returned item is received.
