  • 1–4 business days (Mon–Fri)

If there is a delay, we will notify you by email.

2. UK Shipping

  • Free delivery on all UK orders

  • Shipped via Royal Mail, Evri, or a similar tracked service

  • Typical delivery time: 2–4 business days

Tracking information will be provided when available.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • International shipping is charged at cost (calculated at checkout)

  • Delivery times vary by country (typically 5–21 working days)

  • You may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country

We do not control or prepay these charges.

4. Shipping Issues & Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Import restrictions

  • Strikes

  • Transport disruptions

  • Incorrect delivery information

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing an order.
We cannot refund or replace items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product

  2. Contact us within 48 hours

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund
