We sell vlogging monitors, imported directly from overseas suppliers. The models are rigorously tested for quality and for it's use.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours or small details may differ slightly, but functionality will match the description.

We aim to ensure all information is accurate, but occasional errors (pricing, specs, availability) may occur. If so, we reserve the right to correct them.

• Orders are confirmed once payment has been processed.

• We accept all major payment methods supported by our site provider.

• If an error occurs (e.g., incorrect price), we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have:

You can return an unused product for any reason within 14 days of delivery.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

▪ 30-day right to reject faulty goods

If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you can request:

• A full refund, or

• A replacement

▪ 6-month presumption of fault

If the product develops a fault within six months, it is assumed (by law) to have been faulty at delivery unless proven otherwise. You are entitled to a repair or replacement.
